Financial Audit Team

Every year, the Office examines and audits the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Province of Nova Scotia (which includes more than 100 government funds, units, agencies and departments), and the annual financial statements of the IWK Health Centre and Nova Scotia Health Authority. We also perform other annual engagements including: assessing the Province’s revenue estimates; the controls and compliance of MLA and other expenses at the House of Assembly; and producing the Auditor General’s annual financial report.
