Nova Scotia Auditor General, Michael A. Pickup, released his July 14, 2020 report to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly. The report examined the processes and analysis used to decide on the use of a P3 model to finance the QEII New Generation Project, as well as the processes used to prepare the master plan outlining what the new facility will include.
